Description

The Corporate Store Coordinator is responsible in implementing sales and store supervision of the company store, premium company store and online company store. She/he will also be managing corporate accounts to achieve corporate sales target.

Store and EStore Supervision

• Implement set procedures for store operations, including opening, and closing the store; accepting, sorting, correct pricing structure; security procedures for staff and volunteers, handling of cash, and other relevant procedures as needed through ROS of ELC.

• Accepts and processes delivered items from warehouse or retailer to company store in a timely fashion.

• Accepts and processes online company store order items, tracks fulfillment of ordered items; e.g. send orders for pick-n-pack to warehouse, dispatch order via online platform for home delivery,

• Checks Company Store email for any customer emails, payouts, updates

• Implements each brand display guidelines

• Adheres to ELC policies and procedures.

• Completes and submits all required and assigned sales paperwork and inventory system reports in a timely and accurate manner

• Responsible for ensuring the company store have necessary tools for selling including counter tools, hygiene tools, paper bags, and other supplies at all times.

• Assesses the store’s needs and observe good housekeeping process per shift/day.

• Adheres STRICTLY to the Company store purchase limit guideline

Sales Management

• Monitor sales thru Xstore reporting

• Report to management on a weekly & monthly basis - quantitative and qualitative results of sales:

• Daily and Monthly Sales Report versus targets with corresponding growth rates. Monitor target achievements.

• Meets periodically with Commercial and Supply Chain

Corporate Sales

• Handle corporate sales which include: identifying potential accounts, presentation of gifting program, order taking, liaising with retailer, Supply Chain and Accounting on order fulfillment, delivery and invoicing, and after-sales services if necessary.

• Propose customized programs for accounts that are aligned to ELC brand guidelines

Cost Management

• Ensure proper tracking of expenses relating to company store and online company store.

Administration and Project Management

• Maintain proper tracking of accounts and orders; maintain filing system for easy retrieval of information and safe keep sensitive information

• Assist the Commercial Manager in Retailer relationship; in store opening & renovation, guaranteeing the best space and location for ELC representation

• Closely work with the Commercial Manager and Regional Design Centre to ensure new counters and stores are on time, on budget, and focus on sustainability

Qualifications

⁃ University Bachelor's Degree or above in business related disciplines

⁃ A minimum of 2 years' proven retail sales planning experience in large multinational corporations or matrix organization

⁃ Strong business acumen with cost⁃conscious, result⁃driven and customer⁃oriented mindset

⁃ Attention to details, work under pressure and manage tight schedule

⁃ Well⁃organized with ability to prioritize, able to multi⁃tasking

⁃ Good command in computer skills including Excel, Word

-Must have sales and sales analytic experience

-Able to drive sales results

-Good communication skills and fluent in both written and oral English

-Good working knowledge on computer software

-Good interpersonal skills, able to multi-task

-Good coordination skills and able to manage several stakeholders
