Job Summary:

Responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing production schedules to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs. Coordinate and collaborate with the relate departments, analyzing data, and proactively addressing potential production issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer orders, material availability, and production capacity.
- Schedule production lots and prioritize work orders to achieve delivery targets and optimize machine utilization.
- Monitor production progress, WIP, machine capacity, and production constraints to identify potential risks and delays.
- Coordinate with engineering, production teams and other relate departments to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
- Analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Adjust schedules as needed to address changes in demand, material availability, or production capacity.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential production issues.
- Utilize scheduling software to manage production schedules.
- Support the development and improvement of planning tools, reports, and data analysis using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other relevant tools.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, industrial management, engineering management, supply chain management, logistics
- Fresh Graduate or 1-2 year of experiece
- Understanding of production planning and scheduling principles.
- Able to use ERP or other scheduling software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other data analytics tools is a plus.
- Excellent in English communication skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production flow.
