Job Summary
The Soft Services Executive is responsible for ensuring high standards of housekeeping, pantry services, pest control, hygiene, landscaping, and overall workplace experience within the Hotel Background/Corporate Office. The role involves vendor management, team supervision, quality audits, compliance & SLA monitoring, and timely resolution of employee concerns related to soft services.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping Management
- Supervise housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across office premises.
- Conduct daily inspections of workstations, meeting rooms, washrooms, cafeteria, reception, and common areas.
- Ensure adequate availability of housekeeping consumables and cleaning materials.
- Monitor specialized cleaning activities such as carpet shampooing, deep cleaning, and façade cleaning.
Pantry & Cafeteria Management
- Oversee pantry operations and ensure timely service delivery.
- Monitor food hygiene, quality, and service standards.
- Coordinate with catering vendors for meetings, events, and employee engagements.
- Ensure pantry consumables are adequately stocked.
Vendor Management
- Manage housekeeping, pantry, pest control, and landscaping vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Verify vendor attendance, invoices, and monthly performance reports.
- Conduct periodic review meetings with service providers.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and hygiene requirements.
- Support EHS audits and facility inspections.
- Maintain records related to soft service operations and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate pest control and sanitization activities.
Employee Experience & Service Delivery
- Address employee complaints and service requests promptly.
- Maintain high workplace standards to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Support office events, town halls, leadership visits, and employee engagement programs.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Make presentations and present to the FM on monthly basis.
- Track consumables, vendor performance, cost utilization, and service quality metrics.
- Maintain asset and inventory records related to soft services.
Education & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferable in Hotel Management/Facility Management preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate facility management, hospitality, or workplace services.
- Experience in managing housekeeping and pantry operations in a corporate environment.
- Candidates with prior experience in reputed hotels, hospitality chains, or luxury guest services will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Hotel Management graduate (BHM/DHM) preferred.
- Experience in reputed hotels, hospitality chains, business hotels, luxury properties, serviced apartments, or premium corporate offices.
- Strong understanding of housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, guest relations, and hospitality service standards.
- Ability to translate hotel-level hospitality standards into a corporate office environment.
- Experience handling VIP guests, leadership visits, town halls, and employee engagement activities.
- Excellent grooming, communication, and customer-centric approach.
