Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the identification, prioritization, and onboarding of high-potential Data Centre accounts and customers.
• Drive end-to-end bid management and solutioning for Data Centre DG Genset and Critical Power opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with CXO-level and senior stakeholders across Hyperscalers, Colocation Providers, EPCs and Enterprise Data Centre customers.
• Serve as the single point of contact for key accounts , ensuring proactive engagement and timely issue resolution.
• Work closely with consultants, PMCs, EPC contractors and Data Centre developers to influence specifications and drive business opportunities.
• Map customer organizations, identify opportunities through portals and market intelligence, and pinpoint key decision-makers and influencers.
• Develop key account attack plans and differentiated value propositions aligned with customer expansion plans and mission-critical power requirements.
• Drive sales of DG Gensets, Synchronization Systems, Fuel Systems and Backup Power Solutions for Data Centre applications.
• Track key account health and opportunity status and oversee coordination among internal teams for seamless execution.
• Monitor Data Centre market developments, upcoming projects and capacity expansion opportunities to drive business growth.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing KAM team.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement .
➢ Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (preferred); MBA/equivalent in Marketing/Sales.
➢ Experience:
• 10+ years in account management/business development with 3+ years in managing large Data Centre, Critical Power or Infrastructure accounts.
• Proven experience in selling DG Gensets, Power Generation Equipment or Mission-Critical Power Solutions.
