In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Process daily Trade Operations transactions in accordance with the agreed service standards.
- Liaise and follow up with Business Units or customers for instructions that are required to complete the transaction.
- Liaise with internal and external counterparty for queries relating to the transaction.
- Perform day end reconciliation of transactions.
- Adhere to risks and control guidelines/policies.
- Assist in projects to improve work processes.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks/duties assigned by Supervising Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in banking operations especially in trade operations.
- Self-motivated and a strong team player.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous and detailed oriented.
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Ability to work on SG public holidays when the need arises.
- Familiar with MS Office applications, such as Outlook, Excel, Words.
