About The Team:
TikTok Shop Shopping Center serves as a central hub where users can easily discover promotions (campaigns & flash sale), a wider product assortment from across our TikTok Shop merchants recommended through shoppable content (in-feed video, product showcase and LIVEs) as well as manage their orders all natively within one tab.

Responsibilities:
- Take charge of end-to-end supply-side pricing strategy formulation and iteration for various industry categories, continuously enhance the platform’s overall price competitiveness, and drive long-term stable growth of platform GMV and user shopping value perception.
- Design and iterate merchant-oriented pricing incentive systems and operational mechanisms, formulate differentiated negotiation strategies and pricing cooperation solutions for different types of merchants (brands, industrial belts, small and medium-sized sellers), and improve merchant willingness to cooperate and pricing benefit output.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, category strategy, seller account management, product and data teams to realize strategic alignment of pricing rules, traffic distribution, subsidy policies and platform infrastructure capabilities.
- Screen high-quality category resources and high-impact core SKUs, launch targeted pricing optimization projects, and release platform sales potential.
- Build and iterate data-driven evaluation systems including data dashboards, effect tracking tools and experimental verification mechanisms, to continuously monitor pricing performance, merchant participation and project operational effectiveness.
- Identify pain points and efficiency gaps in daily pricing operations, put forward standardized optimization solutions, and improve the coverage, operational efficiency and scalable capability of platform pricing projects.
