We are seeking an experienced Senior Network and Security Analyst/Lead to deploy, optimize, and maintain robust cybersecurity solutions and network infrastructure across our enterprise environment. In this role, you will lead vulnerability management operations, strengthen defense and incident response capabilities, and ensure network security systems are optimized to mitigate risks.

What you will do:

- Lead the systematic development of Lalamove’s information security program and oversee day-to-day security operations , while maintaining strong communication with onshore security teams to align and strengthen security capabilities.

- Lead the Lalamove Information Security team , providing vision, guidance, and execution oversight to ensure security strategy and operations are delivered effectively.

- Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams and drive the successful implementation of security controls and measures across the organization.

- Ensure information security compliance for the business across all markets . Collaborate with local DPOs to support and drive security and compliance certifications in priority target markets.

- Support global compliance and information security efforts , including coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure policies, controls, and compliance requirements are met consistently across regions.

- Lead and coordinate the organization’s information security incident response activities—providing appropriate direction during online/on-demand security incidents, ensuring proper handling, and coordinating communication with relevant departments throughout the process.

- Build and develop the Information Security team , including team development, hiring/mentoring, and talent growth .

What you will need:

- 10+ years of information security experience , including 3+ years of people/team management experience . Experience in internet information security management is preferred.

- Deep understanding of core security fundamentals including network security, host security, SDLC, vulnerability scanning , and strong technical expertise with one or more security products and capabilities such as WAF , firewalls, HIDS , and SOC .

- Strong experience with overseas compliance ; good understanding of security requirements across Southeast Asian markets . Deep experience with GDPR and EO 14117 is preferred.

- Excellent logical reasoning and judgment , with a strong drive for excellence and a data-driven mindset .

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality documentation and reporting , and a strong sense of ownership and team collaboration spirit .

- English proficiency as a working language; ability to communicate effectively with onshore teams in Mandarin .
