## What You Can Expect
Primary responsibility to repair and troubleshoot medical electro-mechanical products and equipment. Will at times be required to deal directly with products customers.
## How You'll Create Impact
Diagnose malfunctions, perform tests, and follow technical manuals to ensure proper functioning of equipment.
Troubleshoot and replace faulty materials.
Use hand tools and testing equipment to repair manufacturing machines and Medical Devices.
Understanding computer programs and learning the use of software used to document customer repairs. Ability to learn to maintain accurate device history files in approved systems.
Communicate the repair performed in customer letters and provide basic technical support with customers on the phone.

- Understand responsibility to the medical profession and follow GMP’s and FDA laws and regulations.
- Must be detail oriented, able to read, understand and follow detailed procedures.
- Must have proven ability to meet workmanship standards relative to soldering techniques, use of hand tools and test equipment.
- Must be able to train technicians in the performance of repairs associated within the department.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret test data and recognize discrepancies.
- Ability to document test results.
- Must have component level troubleshooting skills.
- Must be self-motivated and have strong prioritizing and time management skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Physical Demands: ability to move/lift/rearrange heavy items up to 50 lb; standing for extended period, crouching, kneeling etc.
## Your Background
- HSD (or equivalent) and 2+ years of experience troubleshooting using basic electronic test equipment, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
This roles annual salary expectation is set at $55,000.- $60,000 + annual bonus
