The Cleaner is responsible for ensuring an appropriate level of cleanliness and hygiene in office premises in Kyiv, as well as in staff accommodation located in the central part of the city. The position involves regular cleaning of both the office and apartments using appropriate cleaning products and equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Office Cleaning

• Vacuum floors in offices, meeting rooms and corridors.

• Mop floors in corridors, offices, meeting rooms, kitchen and sanitary facilities.

• Dust empty desks and windowsills.

• Clean sanitary facilities.

• Restock soap, paper towels and toilet paper.

• Wash dishes and clean kitchen cabinets, surfaces and the refrigerator.

• Empty waste bins and replace bin liners.

• Wipe furniture using appropriate cleaning products on a weekly basis.

2. Cleaning of Staff Accommodation

• Carry out dry and wet cleaning of floors in rooms.

• Carry out the necessary cleaning of carpets, upholstered furniture and other soiled surfaces.

• Change bed linen and arrange for it to be washed using the washing machine.

• Wash dishes.

• Clean bathrooms, sanitary fixtures, kitchens and work surfaces.

3. Other Responsibilities

• Promptly inform the immediate supervisor of any technical problems and maintenance needs.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education :

• Completed secondary education (or equivalent).

Work Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning office or commercial premises.

Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to manage time and organise work; reliability, responsibility and honesty.

• Polite communication with colleagues and visitors.

• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties.

• Ukrainian language proficiency.
