Administrator - School Systems (Aldar Education)

Aldar Education is currently seeking Administrator - School Systems to support our schools in the UAE.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the highly successful Aldar family of schools and to help shape the future of Abu Dhabi's leading School Group.

The School Systems Administrator is required to implement, administer, support, troubleshoot and maintain Aldar Education's student information systems and other related School Systems across the organisation.

The incumbent will continuously strive to exceed internal & external customer expectations, capitalizing the economic profit and return on capital investment, while embracing the Aldar Education Core Values. To embody the values, vision and ethos of Aldar Education and assist the department in implementing process and policy which will ensure high quality and successful outcomes.

The successful candidates will be closely aligned with our core values and ethos and possess a genuine understanding and appreciation of the values of the region.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or similar.

Minimum Experience:

- At least three years of experience managing education systems.

- Must have experience managing school information systems, such as iSAMs, Engage, PowerSchool, etc.

- Experience setting up & implementing new software in schools is advantageous .

Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:

- Working knowledge of school information systems

- Strong communication skills

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative to solve problems

- Work in a highly collaborative and effective manner, both independently and in cross-functional teams

- Skilled in multi-tasking and handling pressure

- A proven track record of pro-active Initiative planning and implementation
