Standard Job Description
* Must be extremely detail oriented and a strong communicator!
* Experience as a scrum master driving a software development team.
* Competent with Atlassian tool suite (Confluence, Jira, Gliffy).
* Experience creating and maintaining dashboards, sprint boards, backlogs, and related documentation.
* Experience mapping initiatives, epics, and stories to sprints and sprint plans.
* Working knowledge of engineering products such as:
* Context – Containers – Components – Code (C4) diagrams or similar, and
* interface documents, and context diagrams.
* Hands on experience tracing functional requirements to stories, epics, use cases, and feature maps.
* Experience working with customers and collaborating with demanding technical managers.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, plus 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience/combined education.
* An active Top Secret clearance with polygraph (CI poly within 7 years).
Desired Skills
* Certified Scrum Master
* SAFe Certification
* Understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) architectures, concepts, and services.
* Understanding of basic web service or microservice concepts.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $135700.00 - $251900.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
