Join our Expo & Events team and become an integral part of the UK operation, supporting the complete logistics process from customer booking and customer file creation through order creation and management, operational execution and invoicing. The role combines daily operational and administrative support with several business trips per year to major trade fairs, where you will work directly from the exhibition site and help ensure an excellent customer experience.

## How you create impact

- Support the complete Expo & Events Logistics process for the UK team, from the initial customer booking and customer file creation to order creation and management, operational follow-up, invoicing and customer file closure.
- Create and maintain customer files, ensuring that bookings, stakeholders, billing parties, references and all mandatory information are complete and accurate.
- Create, update and manage working orders and transport orders in Fairlog based on the services booked, including any changes or additional services requested during the event lifecycle.
- Create and maintain fairs, VIP departments and relevant operational structures required for successful execution.
- Support quotations, documentation, internal pre-alerts and general administration while ensuring clear and timely communication with the UK team, customers and international stakeholders.
- Monitor open working orders and transport orders, accruals, costs and billing information, supporting accurate invoicing, financial follow-up and timely customer file closure.
- Travel several times per year to major trade fairs and work directly from the exhibition site as a fully integrated member of the UK Expo & Events team.
- Provide on-site operational and administrative support during event build-up, show days and break-down, including handling customer requests, confirming additional services and keeping system information up to date.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for customers and exhibitors on-site, working closely with the UK team, local Kuehne+Nagel stations and service partners.
- Place customer satisfaction first by responding quickly, professionally and solution-oriented to requests and unexpected situations at the fairground.
- Demonstrate flexibility and mobility, including the ability to travel across Europe and adapt working hours to the operational requirements of each event.
- Proactively identify process improvements while maintaining a high level of accuracy, ownership and customer focus throughout the complete logistics process.

## What we would like you to bring

- High school diploma.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills, are considered a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel several times per year, mainly within Europe, and to work directly from exhibition sites.
- High degree of mobility and flexibility, including availability for occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends or public holidays during event build-up and break-down periods.
- Strong customer orientation and the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with customers and exhibitors in an on-site environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities across the full process.
- Ability to work independently, make practical decisions and respond calmly and effectively to changing conditions at the fairground.
- High level of motivation, proactivity, self-discipline and personal ownership.
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Good knowledge of Kuehne+Nagel processes and systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues across different countries and cultures.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Continuous learning mindset, with a willingness to drive improvements, embrace change and support innovation.
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, operational systems, invoicing or international environments is considered an advantage.
