About this role

- 3-5 years of relevant business experience in the contract environment, drafting & reviewing contractual documents or procedure documentation;
- Legal/Administration background;
- Experience in coordinating review of contracts and/or legal documents across different teams will be an advantage;
- Fluent English written and verbal communication skills is a must; other languages (e.g. German, French, Spanish) will be an advantage;
- Contract professionals with interest in more than legal-only aspects of contracting processes - applying Business-focused lens to contractual tasks;
- Intermediate level in Microsoft Products like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook;
- Knowledge in contract and commercial management matters;
- Understanding of standard contractual terms and conditions;
- Ability to identify "key risks" and mitigation strategy;
- High level of diligence, analytical skills, and attention to detail;
- Ability to multitask within tight timelines and limited supervision;
- Experience in dealing with multicultural teams;
- Excellent communication skills.

- Deliver standard contract management support based on the policies and procedures and provided guidance;
- Perform contract analysis;
- Engage in contract data gathering activities and record retention as per the agreed policies and procedures;
- Support more senior team members in different ad hoc requests, analyses and contract query resolution or business initiatives;
- Perform contract review based on established guidelines and standards, identify typical deviations;
- Draft and review contractual change documents;
- Independently create and maintain Contract Management packages, e.g. contract summary, obligation or risk matrix;
- Provide training to business stakeholders on critical contractual obligations and risks.
