Job description:
Experience required: 5+ years
Role: SAP HCM Technical Consultant / Analyst
Experience: 5+ years of relevant SAP HCM experience; L3/L4 level.
Core expertise: Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration , particularly Payroll .
Key skill areas:
- SAP HCM / HR configuration
Payroll configuration
- PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules) — hands-on experience required
- HR/payroll-related configuration remediation
- Ability to work on changes to HR attributes/configurations and remediate downstream configurations.
- Nature of work: Primarily hands-on keyboard/configuration work , not just functional/project management.
- Immediate requirement: Resources need to be able to start quickly , preferably 1 October / next week , subject to availability and onboarding.
- Location: India preferred , but location is flexible; remote/global resources can also be considered.
- Working hours: Should be comfortable with India evening shifts / US overlap , approximately 2 PM–11 PM IST . Shift/weekend flexibility may be required depending on workload.
