Key responsibilities
Depending on the area of focus, a Senior Professional Planner can have different key accountabilities, functional capabilities, interactions, KPIs, systems and tools, and

• Leading the implementation of planning initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Utilizing advanced knowledge and expertise to optimize planning processes and outcomes.
• Analysing complex data sets and market trends to forecast demand and identify risks.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop integrated plans for resource allocation and planning optimization.
• Resolving daily planning issues by exercising independent judgment and seeking innovative solutions.
• Providing guidance and support to less-experienced team members.

Educational background/experience
• Extensive relevant work experience (10+ years) combined with vocational or technical education or combination of advanced theoretical knowledge (University Degree)
and a few years of relevant practical experience (2-5 years ).
• They possess advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools, allowing them to navigate complex planning challenges with considerable discretion and
independent judgment.
