We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chiropractor to join our practice full-time in Fort Wayne, Indiana. We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated provider who enjoys working collaboratively with an experienced team that has proudly served the community for over 30 years.
You’ll receive both clinical and professional mentorship within a proven care model that prioritizes quality, consistency, and patient outcomes — not high-volume, fast-turn environments. Whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced chiropractor seeking a stronger team culture, we would love to meet you.

Compensation
- Base salary: $85,000–$90,000 (depending on experience)
- Quarterly bonus compensation up to $20,000 annually
- Total compensation potential: $95,000–$110,000
