What the role is all about
- Work closely with key Franchise brokers to support configuration, adoption and utilisation of HubSpot as a key business tool
- Ensure workflows, automations and configurations are in place as intended
- Work closely with HubSpot team to support gathering broker requirements and feedback, review in accordance to designed solutions and troubleshoot HubSpot issues.
- Continuously monitor and optimize HubSpot performance, troubleshoot issues, and support implement solutions for scalability and reliability.
- Configure and optimize HubSpot features such as workflows, segments, reporting, views etc
- Stay updated with HubSpot platform updates, new features, broker needs and industry trends to leverage them in enhancing our CRM solution
- Work with key stakeholders on questions, requests and provide guidance
- Build and maintain Broker learning and development documentation for Hubspot, (in close collaboration with L&D team) including training materials
What we’re looking for
- HubSpot CRM expertise: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in implementing and administering HubSpot CRM with a strong focus on custom objects, experience, workflows, reporting/dashboards and automations.

- Client focused: experience working directly with external stakeholders and applies a proactive, curious approach to solve customer challenges and help brokers grow their businesses
- Mortgage Domain: solid understanding of the mortgage and home ‑ lending market, including relevant regulatory requirements (desirable but not essential)
- Agile and Adaptable: comfortable operating at pace in an iterative environment; able to balance short‑term delivery with long‑term strategy
- Analytical and Detail‑Oriented: strong problem‑solving skills; data‑driven with the ability to model commercial, customer and risk outcomes
- Communication: excellent written and verbal skills, able to engage brokers, engineers, consumers and senior leaders
- Stakeholder Management: proven ability to manage, influence and motivate stakeholders across all levels, internally and externally
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: approachable and effective working with engineering, design, marketing, sales and business stakeholders
- Proactive and Determined: resourceful, able to manage multiple requirements under tight deadlines
