Job details
As part of our growing Fire Safety division, we seek an experienced and motivated Fire Risk Assessor to deliver expert risk assessments and guidance across a portfolio of residential, commercial, and public sector buildings.

What you will do
- Conducting Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments in accordance with PAS 79.
- Conducting Fire Door and compartmentation inspections
- Producing clear, accurate reports and practical recommendations for clients.
- Providing fire safety advice in line with current legislation and best practice.
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and fire safety professionals.
- Supporting compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and the Building Safety Act.
- Producing fee proposals
Who you are
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in completing fire risk assessments.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH Fire Certificate, IFSM, IFE, FRACS, or similar).
- A registered fire risk assessor (TFRAR or IFE)
- Experience of intrusive fire compartmentation and fire-stopping inspections
- Strong understanding of UK fire safety legislation and guidance.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- A proactive, detail-focused mindset and ability to work independently.
