Are you an experienced UK Pensions professional with a passion for sharing knowledge and developing others?

We're looking for a Senior Pensions Trainer to play a key role in building technical capability across our UK Pensions Administration teams. This is a unique opportunity for someone with deep Defined Benefit (DB) expertise who enjoys translating complex pensions legislation, regulations, and technical processes into engaging learning experiences that have real business impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

As our Senior Pensions Trainer, you'll combine technical pensions expertise with learning and development excellence to help colleagues build the knowledge and confidence needed to deliver exceptional service.

- Design, develop and deliver technical pensions training programmes for both new and existing employees.

- Create engaging learning content, workshops, case studies and knowledge resources that simplify complex pensions concepts.

- Act as a trusted subject matter expert, providing guidance on pensions legislation, regulatory requirements and administration processes.

- Support the development of eLearning content and digital learning solutions.

- Deliver training on legislative, regulatory and industry changes impacting pension administration.

- Prepare employees for professional pensions qualifications, including CPC (Certificate in Pensions Calculations) and APE (Award in Pensions Essentials).

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical experts to ensure learning solutions remain accurate, relevant and aligned to operational needs

What We're Looking For:

We're interested in hearing from pensions professionals who bring:

- Significant experience within UK pensions administration.

- Very strong, deep Defined Benefit (DB) pensions expertise, including retirement, transfers, death benefits, pension increases and scheme-specific calculations.

- A solid understanding of Defined Contribution (DC) pensions administration.

- Excellent knowledge of UK pensions legislation, regulatory requirements and industry developments.

- Experience interpreting and applying guidance from The Pensions Regulator (TPR) and HMRC.

- The ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear, engaging and practical way.

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

- A passion for coaching, mentoring and helping others succeed.

Desirable Experience

- CPC and/or ADRP qualification.

- Experience supporting instructional design or eLearning development projects.

- Exposure to learning platforms such as Degreed or Workday Learning.
