Senior Central Operations Manager (Supplier Management)

YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As Senior Central Operations Manager (Supplier Management) , you'll own how Voi partners with third-party logistics (3PL) providers end-to-end. In this role you’ll set the frameworks and standards all our 3PL partners operate against, focusing on building resilience and accountability to ensure vehicle availability for riders across our markets. This will include:

- Owning the framework used for the 3PL vs. in-house split across all markets — from the optimal number of 3PL partners to the scope and distribution of charging hubs and warehouses.
- Defining and rolling out the SOPs, KPIs, and SLAs that support resilience and accountability, as well as being the point of escalation for performance.
- Reducing concentration risk across the 3PL network and designing charging capacity redundancy.
- Partnering closely with our Procurement team to set sourcing criteria and bringing operational requirements and performance data into vendor selection.
- Setting and tracking KPIs for 3PL performance, identifying gaps and driving improvements.
- Integrating 3PL and charging capacity into Voi's central capacity planning process.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Procurement, Repair, Safety, and Workforce Management, and flexing into adjacent Central Operations workstreams as priorities shift.

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We're looking for someone with strong analytical instincts, with the ability to turn market-by-market judgment calls into scalable frameworks and drive collaboration and create alignment with diverse stakeholders. In addition to this, we believe the right person has:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, finance or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, vendor/3PL management, procurement or strategy consulting.
- Hands-on experience with third-party logistics or outsourced-service provider relationships, including performance management and escalation.
- A track record of running and presenting analyses of large data sets, gathering insights and driving decisions with measurable commercial or operational impact.
- Experience running large-scale cross-functional programmes, managing several concurrent projects with senior stakeholders.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Experience using AI in a role-specific context, with a focus on continuously improving output quality.
