Key Responsibilities
- Perform Details analysis of FullStory report and Video streams.
- Configure various funnels, Segments and other FullStory component Reports suitable and efficient for analysis.
- Understand DAZN Product flow and variations so that appropriate Search configuration can be done in FullStory.
- Generate Details and High-level Executive report for stakeholder distribution
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Having Certification in FullStory product suite
- Total 3+ years of experience with 2+ years of relevant exp in FullStory tool as an expert user of this.
- Good understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform testing principles.
- Familiarity with Analytics using Google Analytic to perform funnel analysis and various comparative analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
