On 18-19 November 2026, we invite ambitious soon-to-be or recent Graduates to Deloitte’s Talent Discovery Days - your opportunity to get to know the different career paths and work with cases in Deloitte Technology & Transformation leading to a potential position in one of our offerings.

In Deloitte Denmark, our Technology & Transformation teams work with the intersection of business and technology to help organizations navigate change and turn technology into practical, impactful solutions.

Job Description

What can you expect?

During the Talent Discovery Days, not two moments will be alike. You will collaborate with peers on case challenges, meet our consultants, and explore the different opportunities within Technology & Transformation. Among other things you will:

- Work on case exercises and tackle real-life client challenges with peers
- Meet our consultants and hear their career stories first-hand 
- Explore our tech teams and discover where your skills and interests fit in 
- Get the chance to move forward: based on the days, selected participants will be invited to individual interviews with the possibility of a job offer in the following period

Please note: Discovery Day takes place over two full days, and participants are expected to be able to attend both days. In addition, selected participants must be available for potential follow-up calls after both day 1 and day 2 as part of the assessment process.

A soon-to-be or recent graduate (up to 2 years of experience) within Computer Science, Engineering, IT or Business IT

AI & Data

In AI & Data, we help organizations solve their complex challenges by turning data into a strategic asset. This means you'll be hands-on with projects that span the entire data journey – from shaping AI strategy and building modern data platforms to developing and implementing agentic and generative AI, machine learning, analytics and automation solutions. You will collaborate with a team of advisors and deep-tech specialists to deliver tangible results for clients across all industries. We practice what we preach, applying AI-powered tools in our own work to enhance quality and accelerate delivery.

We are looking for curious and ambitious problem-solvers with a genuine interest in the connection between data, technology, and business. You don't need to be an expert yet, but an understanding of data engineering, data science, or AI concepts is essential, along with a strong desire to learn and grow.

ServiceNow

We combine consulting with hands-on implementation of ServiceNow solutions to help organizations streamline and future-proof their operations. Our work spans process automation, performance tracking, and digital workflow optimization across functions such as IT, HR, Finance, Risk and Compliance.

We are looking for curious and motivated candidates who thrive at the intersection of business and technology. You may lean more towards technical development or towards project and process work, but you should be interested in understanding how digital solutions support business outcomes.

You are not expected to have ServiceNow expertise before joining - competencies will be developed through training and project experience. What matters most is your ability to think abstractly and translate ideas into tangible solutions. For example, you should be able to interpret a written process description and visualize or structure it into a clear process flow.

Customer

At Deloitte Digital, we help organizations transform their front-office by designing and implementing CRM solutions across sales, marketing, and service. We are looking for talented colleagues who understand how technology supports customer-facing processes and are eager to work hands-on with CRM platforms.

The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of business and technology, can translate client requirements into practical solutions and is motivated to develop both functional expertise and technical skills in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Finance Transformation

In Finance Transformation, we help organizations modernize and improve the entire CFO area, from invoicing and reporting to finance strategy and financial planning. By combining business insight, technology, data, and process excellence, we help finance functions become more efficient and better equipped to support strategic decision-making.

As a junior consultant, you will gain exposure to a variety of projects across the CFO agenda and work closely with both colleagues and clients. This gives you the opportunity to build a broad understanding of finance transformation before gradually developing deeper expertise within a specific area that matches your interests and strengths.

We are looking for curious and analytical candidates with an interest in the intersection of business, finance, and technology. You enjoy solving complex problems, working with data, and collaborating with stakeholders to create practical solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Supply Chain & Network Operations

In Supply Chain & Network Operations (SCNO), we help organizations transform how they plan, optimize, and execute their supply chains. You'll work hands-on configuring platforms like Kinaxis Maestro and SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), implementing decision intelligence solutions, and enabling resilient supply chains. You will collaborate with supply chain strategists, technical and industry experts to deliver transformational outcomes across complex, global supply networks.

You will translate supply chain requirements into technical solutions, work directly with client teams on implementation, and develop expertise in planning, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and product lifecycle management. You'll gain exposure to digital thread designs connecting product design, manufacturing, and supply chain execution. You'll grow both technical skills in platform implementation and consulting skills in translating client challenges into designs.

We seek curious and ambitious candidates who thrive at the intersection of business and technology. You should be a collaborative team player who genuinely cares about client impact and learning from colleagues. You don't need platform expertise - competencies develop through training and project experience. What matters most is your ability to think systematically about interconnected processes, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and collaborate across teams.
