We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects across healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, semiconductor, and commercial sectors. What You'll Do

- Manage all MEP aspects of construction projects from planning through turnover.
- Lead project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
- Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and equipment procurement to ensure project success.
- Coordinate field operations, installations, testing, startup activities, and project closeout.
- Work closely with owners, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Manage change orders, project documentation, and progress reporting.
- Support pre-construction planning, constructability reviews, and project execution strategies.
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of Project Management experience within MEP, Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Building Systems construction.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction and MEP coordination.
- Experience managing healthcare, life sciences, semiconductor, manufacturing, mission-critical, or commercial projects.
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and related construction software.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Brookfield, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
