The Senior IT Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, governance, and optimization of a portfolio of enterprise technology capabilities supporting critical corporate functions (e.g., Risk Management, Human Resources, Finance, Compliance, Legal, etc.) . This role provides leadership over multiple programs, and technology domains while aligning technology investments with business strategy and enterprise objectives. Critical for Success a re strong strategic thinking and prioritization skills, effective communication and stakeholder engagement, and proven leadership in alignment across diverse teams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business management, or related discipline, 10 + years of experience in IT, digital platforms, or business systems or an equivalent combination

- Proven experience leading programs, platforms, or capability roadmaps.

- Experience managing enterprise vendors and third-party platforms.

- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

- Experience supporting corporate functions such as Risk, HR, Finance, or Compliance. (desired)

- Previous experience as a Program Manager, Product Manager, or senior IT Analyst/Architect. (desired)
