Dispatcher

Your main responsibilities:

- On a daily basis, you will be responsible for coordinating the work of the courier team regarding the delivery and pickup of shipments

- Your task will be to account for couriers’ handling of entrusted shipments, documentation, property, and cash

- You will be responsible for optimizing courier routes

- Your task will be to enter data into the warehouse system in a timely manner

- You will collaborate with carriers and couriers

- You will organize and conduct training sessions for carriers and couriers

- You will support couriers in their daily work and ensure their motivation and professional development

- You will report the couriers’ performance to the manager

We are looking for people who:

- They have experience in a similar position at a courier company

- They have a basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (preferred)

- They have a high school diploma

- They are familiar with the city’s layout

- They are communicative and enjoy working with others—we work as a team every day

- They are capable of making decisions independently and performing effectively under pressure

- They are open to working shifts: 6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m.
