Your mission
You take ownership of program delivery for our cloud-based platform, coordinating end-to-end planning, cross-team dependencies, and delivery timelines You partner with your Head of Product to translate OpenSynergy's product strategy into executable roadmaps and delivery plans You build a deep understanding of your teams' domains, so you can effectively align priorities, unblock delivery, and drive accountability You support technical sales and engage directly with customers
Your profile
Several years of industrial experience managing software development projects or programs Significant experience working with cloud computing, SaaS platforms, and AI initiatives Strong ability to structure, plan, and drive complex, cross-functional programs Genuine interest in industry trends and translating them into program and team direction Experience in a leadership role Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken German skills are a plus
