Duties and responsibilities:
- Assists in daily work for POS requests from branches.
- Working on the field to install new and replace POS-es to Merchants.
- Monitoring of existing POS Portfolio and client’s needs as per their requests.
- Maintains database for coming requests and follows them.
- Checking POS and fixing technical problems as needed.
- Assists Payment Systems Unit / POS other related administrative tasks.
- Reporting problems from the field.
Requirements:
- Graduated or undergraduated in Economics, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Management or relevant faculties.
- Computer and Technical abilities.
- Willing to learn, flexibe and problem solving.
- Driving License B.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as a member of a team.
- Knowledge of English is an asset.
