As part of the Corporate Communications team, you will contribute to the creation, maintenance, and distribution of editorial content for both internal and external audiences. You will help promote the company's strategy, activities, expertise, and employees by producing clear, reliable, and audience-focused content across multiple communication channels.
You will report to the Accounting Manager based at our Levallois site and work as part of a six-person team.
Main responsibilities include:
- Daily posting of bank transactions for SAFT SAS, managing multiple bank accounts for a single legal entity.
- Filing and maintaining daily banking transaction records.
- Processing manual bank transfers and balancing entries (including intercompany advances) as required.
- Performing monthly bank reconciliations in Excel as part of the month-end closing process.
- Liaising with the Customer Service, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Accounting teams to ensure the accurate accounting allocation of transactions.
- Preparing monthly foreign currency positions for bank accounts and current accounts to support foreign exchange difference calculations.
- Managing cash pooling activities.
- Providing support for audits and responding to ad hoc information requests from internal departments and external auditors.
- You hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (minimum two-year post-secondary qualification).
- You have at least 2 years of experience in bank accounting.
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- You are able to work independently and effectively prioritize your workload.
- You are proficient with standard office software, particularly Excel.
- You are discreet and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
