We are looking for a motivated and curious graduate to join the One Ecosystem team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with people, data, and business processes in a global organization.

As a member of our team, you will support a variety of projects and activities that help teams collaborate more effectively and make informed decisions. You will work with colleagues across different functions, learn about business operations, and contribute to initiatives that improve the way information is connected and shared.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new things, working with others, organizing information, and exploring how data and technology can support business success.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day activities and projects within the One Ecosystem team.
- Help collect and organize feedback, information, and inputs from different stakeholders.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, workshops, and team discussions.
- Track action items and support follow-up activities.
- Maintain project documentation, action trackers, and status updates.
- Prepare presentations, meeting notes, and communication materials.
- Support simple data analysis and reporting activities.
- Document processes, requirements, and key decisions when needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different teams, functions, and regions.
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, collaboration, and user experience.
- Learn and use digital, analytics, and AI-powered tools to support team objectives.
- Take on ad hoc tasks and special projects as opportunities arise.

What We're Looking For

- Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working with people from different backgrounds and functions.
- Interest in business operations, data, technology, and continuous improvement.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluent English.

Nice to Have

The following experience is helpful but not required:

- Academic projects, internships, or coursework related to business, data, or technology.
- Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Power Platform, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Interest in digital transformation, process improvement, or AI technologies.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is 13,800–20,240 EUR per year. This range applies to the primary job location Slovakia and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.
In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.
For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
