We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) with a background in Law to join our Sales team and support the development of business opportunities across Central America and the Caribbean.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or recently graduated legal professional who is interested in developing their career in sales, business development, and LegalTech, within a global leader in legal technology and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and generate leads using a variety of sources, digital tools, and legal industry databases.
- Identify and qualify business opportunities aligned with our ideal customer profile.
- Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations for qualified leads in collaboration with the Account Executive team.
- Manage and keep prospect information up to date in prospecting and CRM tools.
- Conduct consistent follow-up on opportunities to support the development of the sales pipeline.
- Build positive and professional relationships with potential customers.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to contribute to business growth across the region.

Requirements

- Law degree or recent Law graduate, with professional experience (required).
- Genuine interest in sales, business development, and commercial activities.
- Previous experience as a BDR or SDR (preferred, but not required).
- Interest in the LegalTech industry and the application of artificial intelligence in the legal field.
- Advanced proficiency with internet-based and digital tools.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage priorities in an organized manner.
- Experience with legal research or legal information platforms (preferred).
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

- Competitive and equitable salary
