What You’ll Do:
- Stock & Setup: Stock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware before and during service.
- Support Bartenders: Anticipate needs, run product, and keep wells ready during peak volume.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar, back bar, and storage areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
- Glassware: Wash, polish, and restock glassware throughout service.
- Garnish & Prep: Prepare juices, syrups, and garnishes to spec.
- Kegs & Deliveries: Change kegs, receive deliveries, and rotate product properly.
- Opening & Closing: Complete bar opening, closing, and side work checklists.
- Guest Focused: Assist guests when needed and communicate with the FOH team to deliver seamless service.
What You Bring:

- prior restaurant experience
- Must be 18+
- TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred
- Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and team first attitude
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

- Prior restaurant experience
- Must be 18+
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred
- Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and team first attitude
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Warm, guest-oriented attitude and a desire to grow within the hospitality industry
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
