About this role
Your job:
- Conceptualization and development of holistic visual approaches and imagery for campaigns and content formats, with the goal of elevating or redefining existing creative standards
- Translating complex requirements and briefs into visual assets with a clear creative direction and high impact
- Rapid prototyping and iteration of visual ideas – even without complete briefs or clearly defined solutions
- Building and scaling AI-supported visual ecosystems
- Development and application of advanced prompting strategies to precisely control visual outcomes and generate novel, previously unattainable visuals (creative prompt engineering)
- Identifying complex or previously infeasible requirements and developing innovative solutions through the use of AI
- Ensuring brand consistency, visual quality, and conceptual coherence while continuously evolving the visual language
- Active exploration and evaluation of new GenAI tools, workflows, and creative technologies, with the goal of quickly translating them into productive use cases
Your qualifications:
- Several years of experience creating visual concepts in marketing and agency environments, with expertise in visual communication, typography, and design systems and deep knowledge of building scalable content structures (templates, modular systems, and visual frameworks).
- Excellent knowlage of common design tools (for example Adobe Creative Suite or comparable tools) and extensive hands‑on experience producing digital marketing assets across channels and formats.
- Deep expertise using generative AI tools in a design context, including strong prompt‑engineering skills and the demonstrated ability to apply AI both operationally and strategically to enhance creative output and workflows.
- Strong understanding of cross-channel communication along the customer journey
- Strong conceptual thinking capable to experiments with new ideas and technologies to create standout work
- Very high willingness to learn and continuous development of GenAI-related skills
- Excellent communicator who takes proactive ownership to drive quality and progress, while fostering team spirit through knowledge sharing and mentoring
