KLA's Global Supply Chain (GSC) oversees sourcing, supplier contracting and management, materials management, direct and indirect procurement, and logistics and trade compliance. GSC leads activities to establish and manage an innovative, reliable, efficient, effective and compliant global supply chain and logistics structure that strengthens KLA's competitive advantage.

Position Summary : The Logistics Coordinator is accountable for supporting the effective movement, storage, inventory control, and distribution of semiconductor equipment, spare parts, and materials across international logistics operations. The position is responsible for enabling timely shipment execution, maintaining high service standards, supporting inventory accuracy, ensuring compliance with applicable logistics and trade requirements, and contributing to operational excellence in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, suppliers, freight providers, customs brokers, and third-party logistics partners.

Scope: The role covers inbound and outbound logistics operations, spare parts availability, warehouse management, transportation execution, customs and trade compliance support, customer and service requirements, and continuous improvement activities across regional and global logistics networks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate inbound, outbound, urgent, and critical shipments between manufacturing sites,  suppliers, distribution centers, depots, repair facilities, field stocking locations, and customer sites.
- Oversee shipment status, delivery performance, Proof of Delivery updates, and service-level adherence; address transportation, order, receiving, and warehouse-related exceptions in a timely manner.
- Manage warehouse activity, spare parts order execution, returns, replenishment activity, inventory movements, cycle count support, reconciliations, and stock investigations to safeguard material availability and inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with service, planning, customer support, procurement, suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers to support customer commitments and business continuity.
- Support import/export execution, shipping documentation, controlled shipments, and the timely resolution of customs or regulatory matters in accordance with company and regional compliance requirements.
- Ensure accurate transactions in SAP/ERP systems and support data accuracy, KPI reporting, dashboards, metrics, and process improvement initiatives.
- Escalate shipment delays, compliance concerns, service failures, and operational risks, and support corrective actions with relevant stakeholders and logistics partners.

Qualifications and Required Capabilities:

- Degree or formal qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent professional logistics experience.
- Extensive experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, inventory control, or international supply chain environments.
- Solid understanding of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, import/export activity, customs processes, and logistics service execution.
- Proficiency in ERP/SAP and Microsoft Office; experience with Excel, Outlook, Power BI, WMS, TMS, or shipment tracking platforms is preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational capabilities.
- Customer-oriented, detail-focused, accountable, adaptable, self-driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively across international teams.

Working Environment: The position operates within a dynamic semiconductor logistics environment supporting manufacturing sites, service operations, repair centers, customer locations, and regional/global distribution networks. A high level of responsiveness, diligence, ownership, and judgment is required to sustain customer uptime, material availability, compliance, and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications
