Overview We are looking for a customer-focused technical sales leader to manage a high-performing team that helps customers translate business, security, and modernization priorities into scalable Microsoft solutions.In this role, you will shape technical and competitive strategy, orchestrate Microsoft and partner resources, engage business and technical decision makers as a trusted advisor, and guide consultative sales engagements from discovery through solution design, proof, and deployment planning. Responsibilities What you achieve in this role<ul><li>Build team knowledge of the competitive landscape and translate Microsoft’s architectural and capability advantages into differentiated customer conversations.</li><li>Align technical resources with high-potential customers and priorities, coordinating effectively across sales, customer success, specialists, and partners.</li><li>Coach the team to uncover cross-workload opportunities, remove technical blockers, and execute customer strategies with clear outcomes and accountability.</li><li>Engage customer decision makers and influencers, using deep technical, security, domain, and industry insight to build credibility and trusted-advisor relationships.</li><li>Oversee architecture discussions, demonstrations, design sessions, proofs of concept, pilots, and hackathons, with defined success criteria and next steps toward deployment.</li><li>Act as a technical thought leader, model continuous learning, and strengthen internal technical communities through best-practice sharing and feedback.</li><li>Lead through empowerment and accountability, attracting, retaining, coaching, and developing a diverse team.</li></ul>Who you areYou are a consultative seller who brings insight and curiosity to every customer conversation. You are passionate about strategic technical planning and can translate complex technologies, products, and security considerations into clear, compelling messages for both technical and business audiences. You combine strong analytical and problem-solving skills with creativity to develop solutions that address customer needs and support meaningful business outcomes. Through confident oral communication, sound technical sales expertise, and a genuine focus on understanding before recommending, you build trusted-advisor relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or role-related technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience. Solution Engineering M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Belgium is € 93,000.00 - € 181,200.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
