Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced **Salesforce Platform Developer** to develop, customize, integrate, and support scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with **Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce integrations, and SFDX-based deployments**.

Required Skills
* 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Platform development experience
* Strong experience with **Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL**
* Experience developing Apex triggers, batch, queueable, and scheduled jobs
* Strong understanding of Salesforce **Governor Limits, Data Security Model, and OWD**
* Experience with **REST/SOAP API integrations**
* Experience with **Salesforce DX (SFDX), VS Code, and CI/CD**
* Experience with **Flows, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields**
* Experience with Salesforce security including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data access controls
* Experience with **Platform Events and Named Credentials**
* Strong testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and production support experience
* Ability to work onsite in **Lansing, MI**

Required Certifications
Candidates must have:
* **Salesforce Platform App Builder**
* **Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1)**
* **Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2)**
* **Salesforce JavaScript Developer I**

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
* Build scalable Apex solutions including triggers, batch, queueable, and scheduled jobs.
* Develop secure integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.
* Build automated business processes using Flows, Validation Rules, and Formula Fields.
* Manage source-controlled deployments using SFDX, VS Code, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Implement Salesforce security best practices using profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and other access controls.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
* Perform testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and production support.
* Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce governor limits, security standards, and development best practices.

* Scalable Salesforce solutions using **Apex, LWC, and declarative automation**
* Secure and reusable integration components using **REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events**
* Source-controlled deployments through **SFDX and CI/CD pipelines**
* Secure and optimized Salesforce implementations following governor limits and platform best practices
* Complete testing, documentation, and production support for platform enhancements.
