IT Architect Specialist (f/m/x)

Job Description:

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation.

This role will be as part of the Identity and Access Architecture SDA review team in Bucharest, part of the Chief Security Office (CSO). You will conduct security reviews on various projects looking at the I&A security architecture. Coverage will include Authentication, Authorization, Access Lifecycle Management, Privileged Access Management, Secrets Management. Also, you will be part of an Advisory team on I&A solution architecture and contribute to I&A central solutions adoption.

Responsibilities

·       Conduct security reviews for the projects submitted to the Security Design Authority forum.

·       Work in autonomy on the allocated projects.

·       Ensure that submitted projects/applications to ensure they are secure by design and adhere to DB security controls policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.

·       Collaborate with the SDA central team and projects team.

·       Contribute to the process improvement initiatives.

·       Initiate and promote actions for DB I&A Central Solutions enforcement.

·       Participate and develop team’s Advisory role offering.

·       Build and support knowledge base at team level.

Skills

Essential:

·       Degree in IT/information security or equivalent experience, with strong written and spoken English skills.

·       Extensive proven experience with Authentication, Authorization, Access Lifecycle Management, Privileged Access Management, Secrets Management including knowledge of leading market solutions in each area.

·       Proven experience in IA architecture topics.

·       Experience in IT Security and deep understanding of key information security principles and techniques.

·       Relevant certifications in the field: ISO, CISSP, NIST.

· Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI output s.

Desirable:

·       Experience in working within Financial Sector.

·       Knowledge of various solutions in IAM field: e.g. SailPoint, ForgeRock.

·       Experience in working with Security reviews.

·       Working in international, complex, and regulated environments with audit, control, and risk functions.
