Key tasks and responsibilities

- Leads complex, high-impact IT projects with broad technical and business scope

- Manages interdependencies across multiple projects, systems or domains

- Ensures robust planning, risk management and execution in complex environments

- Engages with senior stakeholders to manage expectations, priorities and delivery outcomes

- Resolves complex issues by balancing technical, operational and business considerations

- Contributes to standardisation and optimisation of project management practices

- Provides guidance and informal coaching to less experienced project managers

- Ensures alignment of project outcomes with long-term system reliability and performance

Essential Skills/ Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field

- 7–10 years of experience in IT project management

- Strong understanding of complex IT environments (infrastructure, systems integration, platforms)

- Proven experience delivering large-scale or business-critical projects

- Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills

- Strong experience with project governance and delivery frameworks

- Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity across stakeholders and environments

- Fluent in English
