Community Resources for Justice (CRJ) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to changing lives and strengthening communities through direct service, advocacy, and innovation. We operate across four core service lines:
- Community Strategies (CS): Supporting adults with developmental disabilities to live independently and thrive in their communities. Providing a range of top-quality residential and non-residential programs for men and women with intellectual or developmental disabilities in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Our programs offer individual and group treatment and are geared toward promoting independence and improving life skills. Clients also receive support with job development, on-the-job coaching, and educational opportunities.
- Reentry Services (RS): Supporting people leaving incarceration to make positive, sustainable life transitions. We firmly believe that change is possible and attainable for all that we serve. With a strict focus on outcomes, the Reentry Services Division is committed to delivering contemporary and evidence-based services to the individuals in our care. Through delivering innovative programming and collaborating with community agencies, we provide hope and support to our clients as they make safe and successful transitions into their communities.
- Crime & Justice Institute (CJI): Driving bold, transformative improvements in adult and youth justice systems by working with working with local, state, and national criminal justice organizations to improve public safety and the delivery of justice. The CJI team brings decades of experience developing evidence-based, data-driven policies, managing complex processes with diverse stakeholders, and driving systems-level organizational change. Our energetic staff and network of consultants come from a variety of backgrounds.
- Family Reentry (FRE): At Family Reentry, we address the often-intertwining problems of behavioral health, domestic violence, reentry, recidivism, and risks to youth by offering evidence-based interventions to provide support and effect positive change. We offer a holistic approach by working to connect clients to basic needs and offering support to create change and increase stronger coping and life skills.

The Administrative Coordinator, CS provides administrative, operational, training, compliance and project support to Community Strategies and its Leaders and staff. This position supports efficient program operations and organizational objectives. Responsibilities may include coordinating operational activities, maintaining records and documentation, supporting compliance and quality improvement initiatives, assisting with financial and reporting processes, coordinating vendors and resources, and providing general administrative support. The Administrative Coordinator, CS serves as a resource to staff and helps ensure organizational processes are carried out accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
Specific areas of responsibility include administrative and operational support; fleet operations and resource coordination; compliance, quality, and documentation support; financial and administrative coordination; training and staff support; vendor management; and other special projects and initiatives as assigned.
What you'll do
Administrative, Operational, and Project Support
- Coordinate and support administrative, operational, and project activities across CS as assigned.
- Maintain records, reports, databases, and documentation while supporting meetings, trainings, communications, and service line workflows.
- Provide administrative support and technical assistance to staff, coordinate project implementation activities, and track assignments, deadlines, and deliverables.
Fleet Operations and Resource Coordination
- Coordinate fleet-related activities, including vehicle assignments, maintenance, rentals, repairs, and vendor communications.
- Maintain fleet records, reports, and documentation to support operational, regulatory, and insurance requirements.
- Monitor fleet utilization and related systems, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, availability, and resource management.
Compliance, Quality, and Documentation Support
- Assist with audits, reviews, and quality assurance activities to support compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the collection, organization, and maintenance of required documentation and records.
- Support quality improvement initiatives through data tracking, reporting, and follow-up activities.
Financial and Administrative Coordination
- Support financial and administrative processes, including invoice tracking, reconciliations, purchasing, and reporting activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external partners to support operational and business needs.
- Assist with monitoring expenditures, maintaining supporting documentation, and ensuring timely completion of administrative requirements.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven commitment to maintaining confidentiality
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
· Ability to proactively identify and solve concerns as they arise
· Being empathic and anticipate the needs of your team
Required Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· 1-2 years previous experience in an office setting
Preferred Education and Experience:
· Three – Five years’ related office support experience
Travel requirements:
· Remote Work, some travel when necessary
