SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Services (DMS) Project Coordinator is responsible for managing client relationships and coordinating the successful delivery of Finalsite’s digital marketing services, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC), and Social Advertising.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, the DMS Project Coordinator ensures services are delivered effectively and on schedule, communicates campaign performance and recommendations, coordinates work across internal teams and external partners, and maintains strong client relationships throughout the engagement.
- This role combines client relationship management, project management, and a working knowledge of digital marketing to help schools achieve their marketing, enrollment, and communication goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Client & Project Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of Digital Marketing Services clients.
- Manage the day-to-day client experience and successful delivery of SEO, PPC, and Social Advertising services.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, responsibilities, and next steps across clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through Zoom, email, and other communication channels.
- Lead client meetings, establish clear objectives and agendas, document next steps, and ensure appropriate follow-through.
- Maintain awareness of client goals, enrollment cycles, campaigns, and organizational priorities to help ensure services remain aligned with client needs.
- Proactively identify project risks, client concerns, or delivery challenges and escalate appropriately to the DMS Team Lead.
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Advertising, and the platforms and tools used to deliver these services.
- Understand campaign goals, performance metrics, and reporting well enough to clearly communicate results and recommendations to clients.
- Review campaign performance and collaborate with digital marketing specialists, partners, and vendors to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Help translate campaign data and recommendations into clear, actionable next steps for clients.
- Stay informed about relevant digital marketing, search, advertising, AI, and K–12 marketing trends, identifying opportunities to apply emerging technologies to improve client outcomes and internal efficiency.
- Support the adoption of new DMS capabilities, processes, and service offerings as they are introduced.
Client Retention & Growth
- Build strong, trusted client relationships that support long-term retention and satisfaction.
- Monitor client health and proactively identify accounts that may require additional attention or support.
- Partner with the DMS Team Lead and other stakeholders to address retention risks and develop appropriate action plans.
- Identify opportunities where additional Finalsite services may provide value to clients and connect those opportunities with the appropriate internal teams.
- Support renewal conversations and collaborate with Sales and other internal teams as needed.
Operational Excellence & Collaboration
- Maintain accurate project documentation, client records, timelines, and internal communication.
- Collaborate effectively with other DMS Project Managers and Coordinators, digital marketing specialists, external partners, Sales, and other Finalsite teams.
- Leverage AI and automation where appropriate to improve project workflows, productivity, client communication, and overall service delivery.
- Follow established DMS processes, service standards, and quality expectations.
- Provide coverage for other DMS Project Managers and Coordinators when necessary to maintain continuity of client service.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 3–5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, client services, account management, project management, or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple client relationships, projects, or accounts simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, paid search, and social advertising.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta advertising platforms, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and other common digital marketing tools.
- Ability to understand marketing performance data and clearly communicate results, recommendations, and next steps to clients.
- Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead effective client conversations.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners or vendors.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain a high level of client service across a portfolio of accounts.
- Experience with K–12 education, enrollment marketing, agency services, or education technology is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Crazy Egg, SEMrush, and similar analytics or reporting platforms is preferred but not required.
RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT
