Job Description

As an Entry-Level Analyst, you will work as part of a collaborative consulting team, develop valuable business and analytical skills, and contribute to meaningful client projects from day one.

- What You'll Do

- Support consulting projects for clients across the pulp, paper, packaging, and tissue sectors
- Analyze market trends, industry data, costs, and financial information to help solve client challenges
- Create presentations, reports, databases, and analytical models that support strategic decision-making
- Assist with business strategy, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and operational improvement projects
- Collaborate with colleagues across the United States and globally to deliver high-quality client solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients
- Continuously develop your technical, analytical, and consulting skills through mentorship and on-the-job learning

Qualifications

We're seeking motivated individuals who are curious, analytical, and eager to build a career in consulting and industry advisory services.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, business, STEM, or a related field
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in consulting, manufacturing, forest products, sustainability, or the pulp and paper industry
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and within a team
- Experience through internships, co-ops, research projects, or relevant coursework is beneficial but not required
- Additional language skills or programming experience are a plus
