Duties & Role:

Inventory Management - GCF

- Performs the receiving, ticketing, checking in and distributing of inventory items for a specific location.
- Produces basic inventory management reports for senior staff to reconcile the inventory balances.
- Tracks inventory information for a specific product group or location.
- Works with basic tasks of inventory management for a specific location.
- Follows processes to take stock, release inventory or return into processing; resolves discrepancies.

Warehouse Management - GCF

- Performs basic warehousing activities such as receiving, putting away, picking, packing and shipping merchandise.
- Maintains warehouse equipment and facilities on a regular basis.

Specific Working Conditions: The incumbent should prove that he/she is eligible working in Turkiye by either having the citizenship or having a work and residency permit.

Travel: Very seldomly, incumbent may be required to go to Disko Hit which is a site about 35 km away from LANDCOM HQ. Should such a requirement happens, LANDCOM will provide transportation to/from Disko Hit to HQ LANDCOM.

Requirements

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- 1-3 years experience in Supply, Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- 1-3 years experience in EBA Knowledge is preferrable
- 1-3 years experience in EBA on handling asset management is preferrable
- The incumbent may need to use transpalette and load bearing equipment
