The Welder role at our Frankfort, IN location involves working collaboratively to assemble filtration products in an innovative, team-oriented environment. This is a 2nd shift on-site position, with hours from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Role Responsibilities:
- ### Perform correct production methods with correct machinery to properly complete assigned operation
- ### Communicate effectively with team members and Team Leader to achieve high efficiency, high quality, and to ensure all questions are answered
- ### Ensure correct material is staged by checking material part numbers against first-piece sheet
- ### Inspect work of the last operator and communicate to them whether the quality is acceptable
- ### Communicate with the next operation on the line to ensure they are receiving quality assemblies, using positive feedback and constructive criticism to increase quality and efficiency
- ### Timely completion of 6S/TPM’s
- ### Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures
- ### Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required

- ### Hourly Rate: $23.44
Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance.
This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
