Position Summary:

Fox Factory's PVD division is looking for an ERP Specialist to team up with our group! You would act as the primary liaison between the business and information technology teams by supporting business requests and ensuring efficient use of Infor CloudSuite (SyteLine) and integrated workstreams. As an internal consultant and subject-matter expert, you are responsible for administering system configurations, executing item creation and master data setup, reviewing and resolving help desk/support tickets, and offering go-live support for projects and planned releases. You will own the day-to-day execution of Infor CloudSuite (SyteLine) system administration across ALSCA, GARRT, and INTUS sites, playing a critical part in ensuring data integrity, maintaining system documentation, and supporting cross-functional operations.

Position Responsibilities:

- Administer Infor CloudSuite (SyteLine) system configuration, including user access provisioning in coordination with FOX IT, permission structures, and integration monitoring.
- Manage and execute the integration of Zoho and Infor workstreams to support seamless cross-functional data flow.
- Execute item creation and master data setup, including attributes, lead times, sourcing rules, and cost-center tagging per rules and approvals provided by leadership.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing structures, resolving ECN-to-ERP sync mismatches in accordance with the formal exception-resolution SOP.
- Review and respond to support requests, troubleshooting day-to-day issues reported by business and IT teams while meeting or exceeding service level expectations for response and resolution.
- Run and distribute recurring system reports, including cycle count logs, inventory variance, supplier on-time delivery (OTD), and open PO status.
- Support month-end close activities from a systems and data-accuracy standpoint through data pulls and reconciliation support.
- Serve as the first-line ERP troubleshooting contact for Inventory Analysts and Buyers, escalating configuration-level issues to Infor consultants or FOX IT as needed.
- Maintain system documentation, runbooks, process guides, and user requirements as processes are formalized to ensure consistency and transparency.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and address issues, risks, and improvement opportunities by working through system backlogs and conducting independent analysis.
- Perform functional testing for system changes, enhancements, and customizations before handing them over to end users for acceptance testing.
- Assist in evaluating and recommending new plug-ins, tools, and technologies that meet business requirements and enhance system functionality.
- Identify and recommend improvements to both system functionality and business processes, ensuring continuous alignment with organizational goals.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

- Deep understanding and hands-on administrative experience with Infor CloudSuite (SyteLine) or similar ERP systems.
- Working knowledge of BOM structures, item master data, and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) concepts.
- Strong data accuracy orientation, with the ability to comfortably work from documented standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate rather than freelance on undocumented processes.
- Cross-functional communication skills to effectively interface daily with Purchasing, Inventory Analysts, and Finance teams.
- Experience integrating secondary platforms or tools (such as Zoho) with core ERP systems.

Position Qualifications:

- Education: BS/BA degree or equivalent industry experience, preferably in a professional services or manufacturing environment.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Infor CloudSuite (SyteLine) or a comparable Tier 1 ERP in a manufacturing or inventory environment.
