As a Project lead, the individual would be leading sourcing projects to move parts from one supplier to another as part of NPI and NSI Programs.

- Supplier source selection
- Source approval
- Supplier development
- PPAP
- New source introduction
Requirements
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years’ of experience OR
- Master’s Degree AND 3+ years’ of experience OR
- Associates with 7+ years
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Purchasing,
- Supply Chain,
- Program Management
- Project Management, 6 Sigma
- MS Office 365
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
