We are a dynamic and rapidly growing organization in the field of electrical distribution, seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operational activities and support accounting functions. This role will be instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency, assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, and fostering collaboration between operations and finance teams.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operations within the Lonestar Lighting & Technology branch, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Provide leadership and support to operations staff, promoting a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and customer/vendor account reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, and order fulfillment processes to support business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and implement process improvements.
- Partner with sales, finance, and leadership teams to ensure alignment between operations and business goals.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance objectives.
- Prepare and review reports on operational performance and financial activities as directed by management.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Accounting, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, accounting support, or related functions, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.

Physical Requirements:

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. when handling documents, files, or supplies.
