Job Title: Retail Design Project Management Intern
Reporting to: Senior Retail Design Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a Retail Design Project Management Intern based in Singapore to support retail design and project execution across Travel Retail markets. The role will assist in project coordination, timeline tracking, design adaptation, supplier communication and
administrative support for permanent counters and temporary animations, while gaining exposure to regional retail design operations and global brand guideline implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management Support:
- Assist in tracking end-to-end project timelines for permanent counters and temporary animations to support 100% on-time delivery.
- Support the maintenance of the regional POS, ensuring counters are in good condition at all times.
- Consolidate weekly installation reports from contractors to help monitor project progress across various regional markets
Design & Technical Assistance:
- Support the adaptation of Global Design guidelines for local Travel Retail environments under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Coordinate the material sample approval process between regional teams and Global Brand offices.
- Assist in collating technical site surveys, floor plans, and renderings required for space pitches.
Operational & Administrative Coordination:
- Handle administrative tasks including PO issuance, tracking invoice approvals, and following up on vendor delivery schedules.
- Maintain the library of approved material samples for the team.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
ESSENTIAL:
- Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (Jan to Jun 2027) for a full-time internship.
- Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint. For Retail Design Project Management Interns, skilled in the use of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator will be a plus.
- Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
- Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
- Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.
- Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
- Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
- Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges.
- Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends.
- Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
- Foundational understanding of the retail project execution process (furniture design, production, and installation).
- Exposure to stakeholder management and collaboration within a global luxury beauty organization.
- Hands-on experience in maintaining brand equity through technical design adaptation.
