Job Description

TVG-Medulla, LLC is seeking an engaging and experienced DC Clinical Trainer to support the training and continued development of Doctors of Chiropractic across Chiro One.

Based in Oak Brook, Illinois , this role facilitates new-hire training for incoming DCs as well as ongoing and refresher training for current doctors. Training covers clinical and operational processes, patient experience, communication, skill development, technology, leadership, performance metrics, goal setting, and Chiro One standards and protocols.

This is a highly interactive role for a strong facilitator who can connect with doctors at different stages of their careers, adapt to different learning styles, and translate clinical and operational concepts into practical application.

What You'll Do

- Facilitate comprehensive new-hire training for Doctors of Chiropractic , along with ongoing and refresher training for current DCs.
- Deliver training across clinical operations, chiropractic concepts, patient experience, communication, skill refinement, leadership, technology, performance metrics, goal setting, and organizational processes.
- Coach and motivate trainees throughout the learning process, providing constructive feedback and reinforcing knowledge through practical application.
- Adapt facilitation methods to accommodate different learning styles, experience levels, and training needs.
- Partner with Clinical Operations, Clinical Training, and subject matter experts to evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate training activities including schedules, trainee communications, system access, assessments, examinations, and post-training follow-up.
- Facilitate training through multiple formats, including in-person, virtual, and off-site training across Chiro One markets.
- Develop, update, and refine training materials, learning objectives, assessments, processes, and procedures as organizational needs evolve.
- Maintain current knowledge of Chiro One services, systems, policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.
- Create an engaging, professional learning environment that supports the development and success of new and current doctors.

Qualifications

- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) with appropriate licensure to practice.
- Two or more years of training, facilitation, or learning and development experience, preferably within healthcare.
- Experience developing or writing training materials, learning objectives, assessments, technical content, processes, or procedures.
- Strong facilitation, communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of both instructor-led and virtual/distance learning methodologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration platforms, including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and training activities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of ADDIE instructional design methodology and adult learning principles .
- Previous supervisory, management, or leadership experience.
- Healthcare or chiropractic training experience.
- Advanced presentation and public-speaking skills.
- Experience coaching and developing professionals in individual and group settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and levels of the organization.

Location & Travel

This position is based in Oak Brook, Illinois and requires regular in-person presence at our Oak Brook location.

Domestic travel may be required in the future based on business and training needs and may include supporting new-hire onboarding, continuing education, and trainer coverage across Chiro One markets.
