Description
The Night Auditor is responsible for providing exceptional overnight guest service and completing daily financial and operational functions at Boar’s Head Resort. This position will also support overnight operations for Birdwood Mansion, as needed, ensuring accurate reporting and a seamless transition between evening and morning operations.
Essential job functions include:
- Perform nightly audit and reconciliation of hotel financial transactions.
- Verify and balance daily revenues, postings, and guest accounts.
- Prepare daily financial and operational reports.
- Provide professional overnight guest service, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.
- Monitor the property overnight and communicate issues to management.
- Support overnight operations and reporting for Birdwood Mansion as needed.
Requirements
- Previous hotel front desk, night audit, or accounting experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
- Excellent guest service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills; hotel PMS experience preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential financial and guest information.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to support Birdwood Mansion operations when required.
Schedule: Full-time overnight position; weekends and holidays required.
Salary Description
$23 hourly
