What Were Looking For
We're seeking caregivers who:
- Have 2+ years of experience caring for older adults
- Have reliable transportation
- Clean criminal background
- Are dependable and committed to their scheduled shifts
- Communicate promptly and professionally
- Are comfortable working independently in clients' homes
- Follow care plans and office instructions
- Notice and report changes in a client's condition or needs
- Take initiative and pride in their work
- Treat clients, families, and coworkers with respect
If you're frequently late, cancel shifts at the last minute, or struggle with communication, this position may not be the right fit.
We don't expect perfection. We do expect reliability, honesty, accountability, and communication.
What You'll Do
Depending on the client's needs, you may provide:
- Companionship and conversation
- Personal care and assistance with daily activities
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Mobility and safety assistance
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Care-plan support
- Client observation and reporting
- Documentation and communication with the office

✅ Requirements
- 2+ years of experience caring for older adults
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle and valid auto insurance
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass required background and employment screenings
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Three professional references
🕐 Schedule
Daytime, evening, and overnight shifts available.
Most shifts fall between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. , with occasional overnight opportunities.
Schedules vary based on client needs and your availability.
