We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Air Traffic Management team, supporting the delivery of critical programmes for our long-standing customer, NATS.

Based from our Whiteley office, you'll work closely with the Programme Manager and leadership team to deliver complex development projects that contribute to the safety, efficiency, and innovation of air traffic control systems used across the UK and around the world.

For more than 50 years, Leidos heritage companies have helped shape modern air traffic control systems. Today, our technology supports approximately 75% of air traffic in the United States and around 60% of the world's air traffic.

In the UK, we have partnered with NATS since the early 1990s, supporting the development, migration, enhancement, and ongoing operation of critical air traffic management systems. Our work helps keep millions of passengers moving safely every year.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you will:

- Lead and coordinate project activities to support successful programme delivery.
- Develop and maintain robust project plans aligned to customer and business commitments.
- Monitor progress against agreed objectives, identifying and managing dependencies and challenges.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, opportunities, and mitigation plans.
- Provide clear and timely project reporting to programme leadership and key stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
- Support effective decision-making through planning, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

## Pay Range:
£44,700.00-£57,300.00
